Shipping
Where we ship: United States only, at launch. Every order is fulfilled from a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility in the USA.
Cost
- Free on orders over $100 — which the 3-bottle protocol clears.
- Under $100, standard tracked shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are made and packed on demand. Allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard tracked delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, so door to door is typically 4–10 business days from the moment you order. Carrier delays, weather and peak season can extend this, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves the facility. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email team@trystroud.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
Lost, late or damaged
- Damaged in transit — send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice.
- Marked delivered but missing — tell us within 7 days. We open a carrier trace and, if it does not turn up, we send a replacement.
- Wrong address — email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can still change it.
Customs and duties
Not applicable — we ship domestically only at launch.
