I have taken shilajit and felt nothing. Why would this be different?
You almost certainly stopped before it could do anything. Saturation takes about thirty days, and the average bottle in a man's drawer is abandoned somewhere around day eleven. Bedrock is one capsule a day so that finishing thirty days is easy, and the guarantee runs ninety days so you are not paying to find out.
When would I notice anything?
Most of what men describe shows up in the second month, and it is quiet: the afternoon holds its shape, the gap between a hard session and feeling human gets shorter. If you are looking for a hit in the first week, this is the wrong product and we would rather say so now than take your money.
What is actually in it?
Four concentrated extracts, every dose printed on the panel: Shilajit Extract 30:1 at 400 mg, Ashwagandha Root Extract 30:1 at 100 mg, Tongkat Ali Root Extract 300:1 at 100 mg, Sea Moss Extract 20:1 at 100 mg. Other ingredients: HPMC (the vegetable capsule), Nu-FLOW® and olive oil. That is the entire list.
Why only four ingredients?
Because four can be dosed. A 20-in-1 blend has to split one capsule twenty ways, which is exactly why the panel gets hidden behind the words “proprietary blend.”
Capsules or resin?
Resin is the traditional form and a genuine chore: weigh a sticky lump, dissolve it, taste it. The abandonment rate is the point. One capsule with water is a habit you will still have in ninety days.
How do I take it?
One capsule daily with 6–8 oz of water, with or without food, at the same point in your morning. 30 capsules per bottle, so one bottle is thirty days and one phase.
Can I take it with coffee, or with what I already take?
Yes to coffee. For anything prescribed, or if you have a known medical condition, ask your doctor first — the honest answer is that we cannot know your chart.
Do I have to buy three bottles?
No. One bottle is Phase One and a complete thing to do. Three bottles is the whole protocol at $36.66 a bottle with shipping included. Either way the ninety days start at your first order.
Is there a subscription?
Not today. We would rather sell you a defined ninety days than enrol you in something you have to remember to cancel.
Who is this not for?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone with a known medical condition who has not spoken to their doctor. Also anyone who wants to feel something this week — nothing in this is designed to be felt on day one.
What if it does nothing?
