These terms govern your use of this store. By placing an order you accept them. They are deliberately short.

1. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a shipping address we cannot serve — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging you. Nothing on this store is a subscription and nothing rebills.
3. Shipping
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on the Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
4. Returns
Our 90-day promise is on the Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these terms. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under law.
5. Product information — read this one
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. It is not a drug, it is not a medical device, and it is not a treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. Individual results vary and we make no promise of a specific outcome. Read the ingredient list, patch-test if you have sensitive skin, stop if you react, and speak to a qualified professional about anything medical — including before starting, changing or stopping any prescription.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no reselling our products as if they were yours, no using our content commercially without permission.
7. Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may share and quote them; you may not republish them as your own or use them to sell a competing product.
8. Content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to show it on our site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial. Tell us to stop and we take it down.
9. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude by law — including for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We are not responsible for sites we link to.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, and its courts have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the state where you live.
