The 90-day promise, in plain words
Take Bedrock for up to 90 days. If your floor is where you left it, email us and we refund what you paid for the product. You keep the bottles — there is nothing to ship back.
You do not have to justify the decision to us, and we will not ask you to prove anything.
Why 90 days and not 30
Because 30 would be us protecting ourselves instead of you. Saturation takes about thirty days, and what men describe from this category shows up in the second month. A 30-day window on a 90-day protocol is a refund policy designed never to be used. Ours runs the full length of the thing we are asking you to do.
How to start a refund
- Email team@trystroud.com with your order number and the words “90-day promise”.
- We reply within one business day.
- Send nothing back. No return shipment, no questionnaire, no restocking fee.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, and your bank typically posts it within another 3–10 days.
The details we will not hide from you
- Window: 90 days from the date of your first order, not from delivery, and not restarted by a repeat order.
- What is refunded: the full product price you paid, including on a 2- or 3-bottle order. Any shipping you paid is refunded with it.
- Return postage: none. There is no return.
- Bundles: a 2- or 3-bottle order is refunded as a whole, at what you actually paid after any discount — not part-refunded at the single-bottle price.
- One per customer. The promise covers your first order of Bedrock. We are not running a permanent free-sample programme, and saying so is more honest than quietly denying the second one.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it, your choice. That is separate from the 90-day promise and does not use it up.
Cancelling
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel it before it is picked, free. After that it is already being packed, and the 90-day promise covers you anyway.
